All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, colours, and images are as accurate as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.


5. Orders & contract

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

A legally binding contract between you and Krowntheme is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.


6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.


7. Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard delivery (UK): 3–5 business days
  • Express delivery (UK): 1–2 business days
  • European delivery: 5–10 business days
  • International delivery: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
